Baked Tilipia

mix together a little olive oil (EVOO- ugh Rachel Ray has gotten into my head)
basil, minced garlic, garlic salt, lemon juice and parmesan. Enough to coat your fish. Cover with the mixture then pat a few bread crumbs on top. I toasted Healthy Life Low Carb bread (just 35 calories a slice and 5 net carbs) then grated it to make low carb low calorie bread crumbs. Bake in a 350 degree oven until fish flakes. Squeeze additional lemon on top.
