Shrimp and Scallop Pasta

It was delicious. Here's the recipe.

Saute enough shrimp and scallops in a little olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Use as much seafood as you like. I made this for 2 people but it ended up being enough for 4. The shrimp only take maybe 3-4 minutes to pink up. Take them out immediately. The scallops will take maybe 2 minutes longer depending on how big they are. Remove all the seafood to a separate bowl.

Add another drizzle of olive oil, more garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Add julienned zucchini, sliced mushrooms, and red onion. Saute until tender. Add cooked whole wheat pasta into the pan and 1 cup of chicken stock. Simmer. Add seafood back in and serve with a little parmesan on top.
